This policy outlines the conditions for order cancellation, returns, and refunds for products purchased from Pawar Import Export Services (“We”, “Us”, “Our”).
An order can be cancelled for a full refund based on its fulfillment status:
Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled with a 100% refund if the request is received and processed before the product has been dispatched for shipment.
Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped and tracking information is generated, cancellation is generally not allowed. Please refer to the Refund & Return Policy section below for applicable situations.
We accept requests for returns or refunds only under the following specific circumstances:

Returns and refunds will NOT be accepted for items based on the following:
Opened, used, or unsealed food products (due to hygiene and food safety standards).
Customer “change of mind” (e.g., deciding they no longer want the item).
Subjective issues related to taste, texture, or preference.
A return or refund request must be raised within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.
For a return to be successfully processed, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
Must be in the original, undamaged packaging.
Must be unopened & unused (unless the return is due to damage found upon opening).
Must be sealed and intact as originally shipped.
Once an eligible return or cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed as follows:
Inspection: For physical returns, the refund process will only be initiated after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected by our quality team.
Timeline: The refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days after the eligibility criteria (cancellation confirmation or successful inspection) is met.
Method: The refund amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment used for the purchase. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your bank account or statement may vary depending on your bank’s policies.
